Positive Behaviour Support

Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) is a whole-school framework that helps create a positive learning environment for students. We achieve this through a system that defines, teaches and supports appropriate student behaviours.

Armadale ESC has embraced itself as a PBS school. We provide a framework to implement the best evidence based practices that allows the improvement of academic and behaviour outcomes for all students.

Working on three core values of Growth, Respect and Opportunity, students are recognised for their excellence by receiving GRO tokens that can be exchanged for rewards.

There is a dedicated PBS team appointed in the school, however, the entire staff at Armadale ESC are committed and involved in the design and implementation of PBS in our school
